Insurance
We accept most insurance plans. We are “in-network” with Delta Dental Premier. “In-network” means our office has an agreement with these insurance plans. We are not an HMO provider office. If you are unsure about your insurance policy our office will be happy to assist you in understanding your benefits.
We will make every effort possible to assist you with your specific insurance coverage. Your insurance coverage will be verified and an explanation of insurance benefits will be provided. Although it is not required, we prepare and submit insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients.
Please be advised that our office has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Cash Patients
We are happy to accept patients without dental insurance. Payment is expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
